2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on July 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on July 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT).
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, participants must:
- Like the official giveaway post on the PROPERIO Instagram account (@properio.smile).
- Follow @properio.smile on Instagram.
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
- Tell us which PROPERIO toothpaste they are most excited to try.
Each comment tagging a different friend counts as one (1) additional entry.
Participants may submit multiple entries; however, each entry must tag a different person. Spam, duplicate comments, fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the giveaway may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) complete PROPERIO Collection consisting of:
- OXI white
- MINERAL white
- SMOKER’S care
- MAMA care
- HYDRA bloom
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours after the giveaway closes.
If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Shipping
Prizes will be shipped free of charge to addresses within the United States only.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments after they have been provided to the shipping carrier.
9. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and accept the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected from winners will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and for prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
