Data we collect

When providing our services, we obtain the following personal data:

When making a purchase, we require the data necessary for its processing. Mandatory data are therefore only those without which we cannot send you the purchased goods and process your order, such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and the subject of the order itself.

User account data

If you decide to create a user account with us, we collect all related data. The only mandatory data is your name and email address, which we use to communicate with you.

News and consumer contests

If you give us your consent, we keep your e-mail address for the purpose of sending information about news and promotions. If you contact us or participate in a survey or consumer contest, we retain data such as your name, and contact details including any messages or information within our communication.

Data obtained when using our services

When you use our services, we collect data about how you use them. This information relates to your interaction with our services, such as when you access our sites, what you search for, when you create an account, and when you log into your account.

We store reviews and comments on our website, including data about your completed orders.

We collect data about the devices and computers you use to access our services, including IP addresses, browser settings, information about operating systems, possibly information about your mobile device, information regarding what websites you use to access our sites, the pages you visit, and information from cookies and similar tools.

How we use data

We use collected data for the following purposes:

Provision of our services

Based on the data we receive from you, we can provide you with our services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We use the data we receive from you when starting to create an order, to remind you of it if you did not complete the order. We also need this data for our accounting and invoicing regulations.

The data and information we obtain about you, during the provision of our services and after logging into your account, are used to ensure that your account and the data available to you in it are up-to-date.

Communication

We use your contact information to send notifications related to the processing of orders and the provision of services, or when we want to respond to your inquiry regarding an order, or you want to notify us of change e.g. a new delivery address, or you ask us to change data in your order or user account. We also process your contact information as well as information about your purchases in case you complain about delivered goods.

We use your contact information to send discount vouchers to which you are entitled, by our terms and conditions.

If you have given us your consent, we will send you commercial information via e-mail regarding news and current offers that may be of interest to you. You can easily manage the sending of all e-mails via the “What e-mails do I want to receive” function in the “My Account” section or cancel it by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” option in the received e-mail.

Improving and personalizing our services and marketing

We use the data we store to improve and personalize our services, as well as for marketing purposes. For example, we use data about your purchase history and the products you have purchased from us to be able to recommend other products that may be of interest to you and to show you content on our site that is relevant to you.

We also use information about visits and movement on our website and its sections and displayed products, for advertising and marketing purposes. We use this information for analytical purposes to understand how people use our website and to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Security and protection of rights

We use your data to ensure the security of the services provided, to respond to claims made against us, in proceedings before state and other authorities that control our activities, and to enforce claims we have incurred.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools for all the above purposes. You can find more detailed information about the conditions of their use on the Cookies page.

Legal basis

By the requirements of the legislation on the protection of personal data, we must inform you about the legal basis for the processing of your data, which are:

1. Fulfillment of the contract – in the case of ordering goods and setting up a user account, or in the case of your participation in a consumer contest and also when informing about discounts to which you are entitled.

2. Consent – especially in connection with sending commercial information regarding news and current offers, or other forms of marketing. Each given consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time, but this does not affect the legality of the processing before its withdrawal.

3. Fulfilling our legal obligations – when keeping data regarding you and your order in our accounting or when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes or implement decisions.

4. Our legitimate interest – in the improvement and personalization of our services, some marketing activities, or in connection with security and protection of rights, as we stated above. In these cases, we always carefully consider whether the processing will not constitute an unreasonable interference with your rights.

If we use your data to deliver commercial communications to your e-mail address, or in other cases where you have given us your consent, we store this data until you revoke the relevant consent. In cases of using your data based on our legitimate interest, we will keep your data until the reason for its processing ceases.
